November Chapter Meeting
On Tuesday, November 6, please join us for Grant Management Tips & Tricks: “Harnessing the Madness” presented by Ashley Clayton.
How does your organization write and manage grants? Is it a team effort or a lone wolf endeavor? Ashley will discuss a top down approach of how the Juvenile Court approaches grants and the grant life cycle as a team. The presentation will cover how to assemble a grant writing team, how to set yourself up for success upon receiving a grant award, some tips and tricks for ongoing grant maintenance and closing out an award. Speaker Information: Ashley Clayton is a Grant Coordinator/Planner at Montgomery County Juvenile Court in Dayton, Ohio. She has worked in juvenile justice for the past five years, helping the Court to receive millions of dollars in local, state and federal funding. Ashley is passionate about helping community youth and families and is proud to work at one of the leading juvenile courts in the State of Ohio.
